Trimble Agent Studio Private Labs Program FAQ
Getting started and eligibility
- What are Trimble Agent Studio and Trimble Assist?
- These are the two primary components of the Trimble Agentic AI platform:
- What is the Private Labs program, and why was I invited?
- Private Labs is our customer-focused early-engagement program for new solutions in Beta. You have been invited as a strategic partner to help us build, test, and refine the features and capabilities of Trimble Agent Studio before it is released to the general public. Your feedback will directly influence the product roadmap and prioritization of new features and capabilities.
- Why Participate?
-
-
Exclusive access: be at the forefront of innovation with first-look access to Trimble Agent Studio.
- Build specialized agents: that use specific tools to solve complex, real-world industry problems.
- Leverage your business data: by connecting your project documents (SOPs, specs, and standards) for valuable analysis and recommendations.
- Connected workflows: develop agents that facilitate cross-application workflows.
- Shape the future: your feedback will influence the prioritization of our features, tools, and integrations roadmap.
-
- How much does it cost to participate in this program?
- At this time, no additional fees are required to participate in the Private Labs program. We are looking for your active participation and feedback. Our goal is to understand how these tools provide value to your specific business workflows, and your insights are the most valuable contribution you can make.
- How do I get access to the Studio App?
- Your Trimble ID (TID) will be added to a safe, securely managed safelist of users granted access to the Trimble Agent Studio application experience and the agents created within it. If you have colleagues who would like to participate, please contact your Trimble Sales representative to submit their names for the nomination list.
- How many team members should I nominate?
- We suggest nominating between 5 to 10 team members to start. This range typically works best for identifying and testing key use cases with your core "power users." If you feel your organization requires more participants, please reach out to your account representative so we can discuss your specific needs.
- How long will this program last?
- The Private Labs program is ongoing and iterative. Your continued access will be predicated on your active participation. Participation will be reviewed periodically, and inactive users may be dismissed.
Feedback
You feedback is essential for the evolution of Trimble Agent Studio and we encourage all users to leave feedback often. The primary channel for providing feedback is the in-app feedback mechanism within Trimble Agent Studio. Feedback includes questions, bug reports, feature requests, and comments about things you are enjoying. You can also provide feedback directly to a sales team member, they will serve as the bridge to relay your questions and feedback to the product team and offer support when needed.
Privacy and security
- Is my private data used to train public AI models?
-
Trimble Agent Studio does not use your uploaded documents, project files, Knowledge Base content, agent configurations, or conversation histories to train or fine-tune global AI/ML models or the underlying Large Language Models (LLMs). Trimble’s corporate AI Policy explicitly prohibits third-party vendors from using Trimble customer data to train their models.
Your data is processed solely to execute your active agents, run Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) processes and tools, and return results to your specific tenant. Your data never leaks into models used by other customers.
All data inside databases (MongoDB Atlas), container registries, and non-production environments is encrypted at rest using native AES-256. All API endpoint layers and transit channels mandate TLS 1.2 or higher cryptographic controls.
Trimble is committed to your data privacy. Please refer to the Trimble Offering Terms and Trimble Privacy Center for more information about Trimble’s data policies.
