You can open various applications from ProjectSight.

You can open various applications from ProjectSight. On the banner, the app switcher may contain the following links, which depend on your account type and permissions:

  • The MEP solution links, Trimble Construction links, Spectrum, and Vista links are only available in North America.

Open an application from the app switcher

On the banner, select App switcher(App switcher), and then select a link.

Set up links to Spectrum or Vista modules

You can set up links to Spectrum or Vista.

Remarque : Ces informations s’appliquent uniquement à la version Enterprise.

To set up links:

  1. Open a portfolio that is part of an account with the Spectrum or Vista ERP link type.
  2. Définissez les rôles de sécurité.
    1. Dans le paramètres de portefeuille, sélectionnez Rôles de sécurité.
    2. Dans le rôle de sécurité qui configurera les liens, sélectionnez les autorisations aux fonctions suivantes :
      • Intégrations > ERP > Link Companies
      • Intégrations > ERP > Link Projects
    3. In the security roles that will have access to the links, select the applicable feature permissions in the Integrations > ERP Links section.

  3. Sélectionnez l'entreprise ERP.
    1. Dans le paramètres de portefeuille, sélectionnez Entreprises.
    2. On the navigation toolbar, select Import/Export) > Link to ERP.
    3. Dans le champ Entreprise ERP, sélectionnez une entreprise.

    4. Select Link > Confirm.
  4. Sur l’onglet Général des paramètres du projet, cochez la case Lier ce projet à ERP, et puis sélectionnez un projet.
