What's New in HR Management for Spectrum 2024 R1

The 2024 R1 release of HR Management for Spectrum introduces notifications for W-2 forms. This release is available as of 1/23/24.

Notification Management

New! W-2 Notifications

Employees will now receive a notification when they have a new W-2 form available in their Libre-service des employés portal if you enable Pay Stubs Notifications (Settings > > HR Admin Settings > Notification Settings). This feature is designed to ensure that employees have timely access to their W-2 information.

Tip: Notifications are sent to the email address and mobile phone number that employees have listed on their Notification Preferences page. Employees who need help updating their notification preferences can refer to the following article: Manage Notification Preferences.

New! Mute W-2 notifications

To allow employees to mute W-2 notifications (and notifications for personal information changes), enable Allow Employees to opt out of ALL digital notifications from the Settings > > HR Admin Settings > Notification Settings page. See Configure Notification Settings for more details.

If you enable this setting, your employees will now see two checkboxes on the Personal tab of their Notification Preferences page:

  • A checkbox that allows them to Mute all approval notifications (available as of the 2023 R8 release).
  • A new checkbox that allows them to Mute all W-2 notifications.

Employees can select one or both of these checkboxes to mute notifications as appropriate.
