  • Submittal Packages

ProjectSight Enterprise users can now open and view submittal packages, individual submittals, and any linked files or records while working in the field.

Note: In mobile, submittal packages are available in read-only mode. To edit a submittal package, go to ProjectSight web with a supported browser.

You can access submittal packages from the shortcuts widget on the home page or from your records menu.

Charlie is available in English and requires an active internet connection. If you are interested in AI Assistant beta testing, please contact Michael Peterson at michael_peterson@trimble.com.

  • Editable Labor Card: Daily Reports - AI Assistant (Closed Beta)

When you have provided enough information, Charlie creates a suggested labor entry that you must approve.

  • Enhanced Response Generation: Daily Reports - AI Assistant (Closed Beta)

If a chatbot prompt for company, crew, or location is ambiguous, Charlie now displays a selectable list with close matches so you can choose an option. See the following example that begins with a prompt to add a labor entry for a company.

    Figure 6. Selectable list

Use your voice or enter text to select a crew from the list. Once Charlie has enough information, you are presented with a proposed labor entry, which you can accept, reject, or edit.

If Charlie offers more than 10 options for a company, crew, or location, a link to a lookup list is offered instead of a selectable list. Here is an example of a response that offers more than 10 options for location:

Figure 7. Lookup link for 10 or more locations

Select the link to view and search a list of options.

    Figure 8. Location options

Choose an option, then select Select to return to the chatbot session. Charlie may request additional information. Once Charlie has enough information, you are presented with a proposed labor entry that you can accept, reject, or edit.
