View records with the shortcuts widget

Access records from the Shortcuts widget on the project home page.

By default, Shortcuts icons display in the following order for new users: Drawings, Specifications, Submittals, RFIs, and Checklists. As you use the records that you have permissions to view, the Shortcuts icons will default to the top five records that you access the most. Record icons:

  • drawings record icon Drawings
  • specifications record icon Specifications
  • submittals record icon Submittals
  • RFIs record icon RFIs
  • Checklists record icon Checklists
  • actions items iconAction items
  • daily reports icon Daily reports
  • field work icon Field work directives
  • issues icon Issues
  • notices to comply icon Notices to comply
  • punch items icon Punch items
  • safety notices icon Safety notices
  • Submittal packages icon Submittal packages
  • team members record icon Team members
  1. Open the project.
  2. On the Shortcuts widget of the project home page, select a record icon.
  3. Make your desired edits.
  4. Select project menu icon to open the project menu.
  5. Select Home to return to the project home page.
