Response Generation: Daily Reports - AI Assistant (Closed
Beta)
If a chatbot prompt for company, crew, or location is ambiguous, Charlie now displays a selectable list with close matches so you can choose an option. See the following example that begins with a prompt to add a labor entry for a company.
Figure 6. Selectable list Use your voice or enter text to select a crew from the list. Once Charlie has enough information, you are presented with a proposed labor entry, which you can accept, reject, or edit.
If Charlie offers more than 10 options for a company, crew, or location, a link to a lookup list is offered instead of a selectable list. Here is an example of a response that offers more than 10 options for location:
Figure 7. Lookup link for 10 or more locations Select the link to view and search a list of options.
Figure 8. Location options Choose an option, then select Select to return to the chatbot session. Charlie may request additional information. Once Charlie has enough information, you are presented with a proposed labor entry that you can accept, reject, or edit.
