Contract facturen - Vervaldatums
Om de vervaldatum in een nieuwe contract factuur automatisch in te stellen, kunt u het aantal beoordelingsdagen in de instellingen opgeven. Wanneer u een contract factuur aanmaakt, wordt de vervaldatum ingesteld op het aantal beoordelingsdagen na de factuurdatum.
Standaard wordt het aantal beoordeling datums op 0 gezet, dus is het veld Vervaldatum leeg wanneer u de record aanmaakt.

In de module Contract facturen bevat het paneel Zoeken het filter Vervaldatum.
Algemene facturen - Datum betaald zoekfilter
In de module Algemene facturen bevat het paneel Zoeken het filter Datum betaald.
Portfolio beheerders - Project verwijderen
Wanneer portfolio beheerders zichzelf uit een project verwijderen:
- Deze worden niet weergegeven in de lijst van teamleden.
- Ze ontvangen geen meldingen meer die naar alle projectleden worden verzonden.
- Deze worden niet weergegeven in de lijst Contacten in dialoogvensters voor het selecteren van een contact.
- Ze behouden wel toegang tot elk project in het portfolio.
Opgeloste problemen
- Wanneer de e-mail optie wordt geselecteerd voor een gegenereerd rapport, verschijnt de lijst van project contacten zonder vertraging wanneer u in een contact veld typt. (CN 000000575 / PS-56025)
- In het Items raster van algemene facturen ondersteunt de kolom Eenheidsprijs maximaal 4 decimalen. (PS-56887)
- Op de project selectiepagina worden afbeeldingen voor portfolio vakken met succes ge-upload en opgeslagen. (CN 000001855 / PS-56960)
- Als een ProjectSight bedrijf al aan een ERP klant of leverancier gekoppeld is, wordt het niet meer weergegeven in het ERP koppelingen dialoogvenster. (CN 000001859 / PS-57057)
- Budget foto's worden correct opgeslagen en tonen aangepaste velden. (CN 000001865 / PS-57114)
- Wanneer een module een groot aantal records bevat en een record in het Informatie paneel wordt geopend, is er geen vertraging voor het invoeren van een opmerking. (CN 000001867 / PS-57139)
- In overleg verslag rapporten is de lettergrootte correct, vaste spaties ( ) worden niet weergegeven en onderstreepte tekst wordt niet in lijsten met opsommingstekens weergegeven. (CN 000001872 / PS-57241)

Team members - Bulk invite
In the team member settings, you can invite multiple users from the current portfolio to your current project.
In the Bulk invite dialog, you can assign a different security role for the current project to each invitee.
Meeting minutes - Reports
When you generate a report for meeting minutes, the formatting for topic notes is honored in the report.
Drawings - Keyboard shortcuts
When you batch edit drawings in the Drawings module, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:
- To add today's date in a Rev. date cell, select the cell, and then press Ctrl+D. The date is updated after you click outside of the cell.
- To copy values down the Rev. date column, select the cell with the date to copy, press Esc so that it's not highlighted, and then press Ctrl+Down arrow.

Project menu - New tab
To open a menu item in a new tab, you can:
- Press Ctrl and click the menu item.
- Right-click the menu item, and then select the option to open the item in a new tab.

Contacts - Copy details
You can copy details from contact cards, which are available in various fields throughout ProjectSight. In the contact popover, select the contact information that you want to copy to your clipboard.
