Bulk convert Legacy users to Managed users and send credentials.

1. In Traqspera, navigate to Settings > User Management.
2. Select Bulk Convert.
   The Bulk Convert page opens.
3. Guided step: Company & Users.
   1. Review the Important! banner.
      The banner advises converting field staff to Managed users for username-based log in and simplified password management. It also references office staff and Trimble ID users. Bulk convert converts Legacy users to Managed users only. Use individual convert for other log in type changes.
   2. Select the company from the Select Company dropdown.
      If the company does not have an enterprise short code, a Missing Short Code! banner appears. Select the Managed Users Settings gear button to add a short code.
   3. Select the Legacy users you want to convert.
      Use Search, Role, Department, Cost Center, and Reset Filter to narrow results.
   4. Select Next.
4. Guided step: Credentials.
   1. On the Add Usernames & Passwords step, set a default invitation method.
      Choose Default invitation method to message (Phone number) or Default invitation method to email.
   2. Review each user's Invitation Method, Username, and Temporary Password. Adjust them as needed.
      Usernames use a read-only short code prefix plus an editable suffix. Resolve any duplicate username errors before you continue.
   3. Select Convert and Send Credentials.

5. Guided step: Summary.
   1. Review the list of successfully converted users.
   2. Optionally, select Download Report to save a copy of the conversion list.
