Paystub Report

HR Admins can now see a report detailing employee paystubs.

Open Reports > Paystub Report and list generated checks for a date range. Use the list to compare those checks with paystubs in 员工自助服务. The report does not open paystubs.

After you select Run Report, review the rows under Total Checks Found.

Voluntary Self-Identification Forms Update

Following the removal of the federal requirement for 503 self-identification, the Voluntary Self-Identification forms within the 新人引导 workflow have been updated to remove all federal-specific elements. New users entering these workflows now receive a streamlined form that entirely excludes the legacy federal language. To ensure data integrity, any onboardees created prior to this update will continue to display the original form with the federal sections.

I-9 Section 2 Document Expiration Date

The Expiration Date field is no longer required for any selected Document Title.
