Traqspera Mobile Offline Mode

Store data on your device when network service is unavailable, and upload it when you sync in the Traqspera mobile application.

The Traqspera mobile application includes offline capability. Some mobile features require an active network connection.

What Is Offline Capability?

Offline capability applies to the Traqspera mobile application on your phone or tablet.

When the device cannot reach the internet, the application saves your activity, like clock in and clock out events and manual timesheet entries, for upload later. Those records stay on the device until you sync them.

The following mobile features are available offline:
  • Clock In/Out
  • Employee Timesheets
  • Crew Timesheets
  • Daily Reports
  • Crew Management

How Queue-and-Sync Works

When you're not connected to the internet, a banner shows Working Offline. Sync Required.

You must sync those entries before you can go back online. When you reconnect to the internet, the application prompts you to select Sync Now or go to the My Info tab and select Sync Offline Entries.

To continue working offline, select Ok.

Important: If you are in the process of saving or editing an entry, it will be lost if you sync now.

Successful upload depends on network connectivity and a valid login session. Until your records are synced, others may not be able to see your latest data.
