Trimble ID Updates for Vista Web

Review changes related to Trimble ID setup and logins in the web portal.

  • Administrators can now transfer a user's Trimble ID to a different user with a matching Social Security Number by selecting gear icon > Transfer TID on the User Access page. Previously, the admin had to un-link the Trimble ID from their old Payroll Record and have the user re-link to the new Payroll record.
  • Administrators can now re-send Welcome emails to Managed Users who have not yet logged in. When resetting a Managed User's password, check the new Send with Managed User Welcome Email checkbox to send the newly generated temporary password along with the original Managed User Welcome email.
