About B2W Estimate Security
Security settings in B2W Estimate determine user permissions for resources, item databases, and program options.
Security settings in B2W Estimate are configured in the B2W Estimate Administration Tool. Each B2W Estimate user account belongs to a B2W Estimate group. Permissions are assigned at the group level, and dictate what the group members can and cannot do within the following program areas:
- Resources
- Item Databases
- The Options dialog
Example
If you ever find that you are unable to create, modify or delete records within these program areas, it may be because you lack the permissions to do so.
