Resolve Spectrum Sync Errors

Clear sync logs for jobs, phases, employees or equipment.

You must have permission to Manage Sync Troubleshooting to complete this task.
Note: If you are unable to clear syncs, please reach out to Support to enable this functionality.
  1. Select Settings & Permissions.

    The Settings and Permissions page opens.

  2. From the list of settings categories on the left side of the page, select Sync Troubleshooting.

  3. To clear sync history for jobs and phases, select the Jobs/Phases section:
    1. Select the Job Number field, and select a job number from the dropdown list. You can select multiple job numbers.
    2. If applicable, select a Phase Number for the job. The phase numbers shown are based on the jobs selected in the Job field. You can select multiple phase numbers.

      If you do not select a phase number, the system will clear the sync logs for all phases associated with the selected job(s).

    3. Select Clear Sync History.
      Note: If Clear History For All Closed Job is not enabled and Use Job and Sub Job to Filter Union and Wage Code Operations on Timesheet is enabled, the union codes and wage codes associated with the selected Job and/or Phase are cleared.

  4. To clear sync history for employee records, select the Employees section:
    1. Select the Employee Number field, and select an employee from the dropdown list. You can select multiple employees.
    2. Select Clear Sync History.
  5. To clear sync history for equipment records, select the Equipment section:
    1. Select the Equipment Code field, and select an equipment code from the dropdown list. You can select multiple equipment codes.
    2. Select Clear Sync History.
  6. To clear sync history for union codes, select the Union Codes section:

    This tab displays only if you have enabled Sync All Union Codes in Import Configuration Settings.

    1. Select the Union Code field, and select a union code from the dropdown list. You can select multiple union codes.

      If you do not select a union code, the system will clear the sync logs for all wage codes.

    2. Select Clear Sync History.
    If Sync All Union Codes is enabled, all wage codes with the selected union code(s) will also be cleared.
  7. To clear sync history for wage codes, select the Wage Codes section:

    This tab displays only if you have enabled Sync All Wage Codes in Import Configuration Settings.

    1. Select the Wage Code field, and select a wage code from the dropdown list. You can select multiple wage codes.
    2. Select Clear Sync History.
