What's New in VFP 2026 R6
With the sixth release of Viewpoint For Projects in 2026, we have assigned a download format for files in a public container. When you download files from a public link, the files will adhere to the download format configured for the container. This promotes naming consistency and efficient file management. We have also made several bug fixes to enhance the overall usability and performance of the application.
What's New in VFP 2026 R5
With the fifth release of Viewpoint For Projects in 2026, we updated the Uniclass classification tables and are continuing laying down the framework for future improvements.
What's New in VFP 2026 R4
In the Viewpoint For Projects R4 release of 2026, we have upgraded the ‘Batch Vote’ feature by adding the ability to attach local files when you vote for items in a workflow. You will be able to attach files from your containers as well as your computer. This helps you make informed decisions and effectively push the workflow to the next stage. We have also made several bug fixes to enhance the overall usability and performance of the application.

Edit a Document Live in VFP
If you use Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, you can edit a VFP document (.docx, .pptx, or .xlsx) live in Microsoft Office for the web, allowing easy collaboration whilst retaining the control and governance of your workflow, permissions and security in VFP.

Create a user account
An existing user will need to invite you if you have never logged in to Viewpoint For Projects™ before. The invitation will be emailed to you. Once you create your account, you can see your account details by selecting Manage Profiles on the page where you select the enterprise.
