Delete a Resource Record or Item Template

  1. On any listing tab in Resources, select the record selector for the record you want to delete. You may also highlight multiple rows with a control-select or a shift-select.
  2. Select Delete Record on the toolbar.
  3. Select OK to verify the deletion.
  • You can also delete a resource record when on the detail tab for that record - follow the above steps, omitting step 1.
  • B2W Estimate will not allow the deletion of a crew or task template which is used inside another task or item template.
  • When you delete a labor type or an equipment record, they are deleted from ALL rate classes. All customizations you had made to that record in ANY rate class will be lost.
  • If you are unable to delete a certain resource, you may lack the permissions to do so. Permissions are configured within the B2W Estimate Administration Tool.
