Workflow statuses

Workflow status indicates the status that the record is currently in.

Your administrator sets the permissions for the workflow status field in the web application, managing statuses that users can assign to a record as applicable. Workflow status indicates the status that the record is currently in.

These permissions allow additional permission levels for projects, and determine whether you can create, edit, view, or delete record types, fields, or features. If you don't have permissions, fields appear as read-only.

Note: Contact your project administrator if you are unable to perform some actions using the mobile app.

Workflow templates

Note: Workflow templates are not applicable for Free or ProjectSight Go projects.

For ProjectSight Trimble Construction One users, templates are an alternative to statuses for managing workflow. In Workflow Templates, your administrator creates templates to guide a record through steps in a custom workflow.
