What's New In HR Management for Spectrum 2026 R7
The 2026 R7 release of HR Management for Spectrum includes the Paystub Report for HR Admins, Trimble Assistant, and オンボーディング improvements. This release is available as of November 4, 2026.
Paystub Report
HR Admins can now see a report detailing employee paystubs.
Open and list generated checks for a date range. Use the list to compare those checks with paystubs in 従業員セルフサービス. The report does not open paystubs.
After you select Run Report, review the rows under Total Checks Found.

Trimble Assistant for オンボーディング - Beta Release
オンボーディング now includes a beta version of the Trimble Assistant chat agent. Use this assistant to ask specific questions about the tasks you can perform in オンボーディング.

オンボーディング Improvements
Voluntary Self-Identification Forms Update
Following the removal of the federal requirement for 503 self-identification, the Voluntary Self-Identification forms within the オンボーディング workflow have been updated to remove all federal-specific elements. New users entering these workflows now receive a streamlined form that entirely excludes the legacy federal language. To ensure data integrity, any onboardees created prior to this update will continue to display the original form with the federal sections.
I-9 Section 2 Document Expiration Date
The Expiration Date field is no longer required for any selected Document Title.
