What's New in Trimble Pay 5.11 - August 2026
What's New lists the enhancements and changes available in the Trimble Pay 5.11 release. This release is available in August 2026.
Streamlined subcontractor onboarding
We're making it easier for subcontractors to bill. Instead of managing complex permissions, administrators now see a Full access for team members card at the top of the Manage team tab.
Switching the toggle on enables new members to receive founding-equivalent company roles, and the Add member flow preselects applicable role checkboxes.
Mature subcontractors can turn the toggle off to reintroduce a least privilege model.
Archived projects remain archived after ERP updates
Archived projects in Trimble Pay now remain archived regardless of field updates in Spectrum or Vista.
Resolved Issues
-
General contractors
-
Invoice reports: General contractors running invoice reports for newly on-boarded companies now see accurate approver names in the Approved By and Pending approval from fields, replacing previously blank or null values.
-
Users with the Curator role can now add team members to a project: General contractors with the Curator role can seamlessly add team members to projects. Selecting Add to project adds the user and displays them in the member list.
-
Vista integration: Accurately imports change orders for general contractors with auto-map contract configurations, eliminating duplicate entries and preventing erroneous billable contracts.
-
Project member management: Project administrators can now update approver and point-of-contact settings by consolidating the member table to a single row per user. This update persists after refresh, and ensures that changes remain accurate and visible even when legacy duplicate records exist.
