What's New in Trimble Financials 2026 R4
The 2026 R4 release of Trimble Financials lets you edit a job from the Job Hub card menu and uses clearer payment details labels when you set up a job. This release is available as of September 11, 2026.
Edit Job from Job Hub Card Menu
Edit a job straight from the job card on the Job Hub, without
opening job details first. The More menu on the card includes Edit on the Active, Proposals, and Drafts tabs. Jobs on the
Archived tab and
active jobs with open billings or expenses cannot be edited.

Clearer Payment Details Labels on Job Setup
Payment terms during job setup are easier to understand. Labels now describe when payment is due and how early-payment discounts work.
Look for Payment Due Terms, Early Payment Window, and Early Payment Discount (%) in the Payment Terms section.
