You can view the applied workflow template:

1. Open an item in the full form.
2. On the navigation toolbar, select (Workflow).
   Note: This button is not available if you have view-only access to the item, or if you don't have the related feature permission.
3. In the Manage workflow dialog, select the Workflow template tab.
