Learn how to assign a workflow role to a team member.

1. Open the team member settings.
2. If the Workflow Role column isn't displayed in the grid:
   1. On the toolbar, select (Columns).
   2. Select the Workflow role checkbox.
   3. Select Apply.
3. In the Workflow role column, select the role.
