You can add statuses to suit the needs of your project.

1. Select New Status.
2. Enter a unique name for the status.
3. Select a color for the status.
   When an item has that status, the selected color appears on the item tile and in the item.
4. Lock the items that have this status.
5. Send a notification when an item changes to this status.
