ERP integration - Import jobs

Enterprise version

You can import ERP jobs and link them automatically to new ProjectSight projects.

Note: After you link an ERP project to your ProjectSight project, you can't change or remove the link.

Drawing upload - require drawing group

Enterprise version

ProjectSight updated the drawings upload to include an automatic population of the Group drop down and making Group a required field. You will not be able to process the upload if no group is selected.

Resolved issues

  • When downloading drawings with As Builts, the annotations with links to records include default reports. (CN 000004620/PS-62009)

  • [Requires Gembox.Document upgrade] If a Word file with images imbedded is attached to a record and printed to a PDF, the images appear. (CN 000004606/PS-64818)

  • No Portfolios are giving errors with Project List Ad Hoc reports. (CN 000004644/PS-65382)

  • Using Ctrl D in a Custom Date/Time field on a form doesn't create a Bookmark. (CN 000004699/PS-65781)

  • Date / Time Custom Fields - are accepting alternate formatting. (CN 000004709/PS-65791)

  • Batch editing multiple RFIs to assign users doesn't cause the error "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'FieldValues')”. (CN 000004739/PS-65984)

  • Locked location field on a spec is not editable. (CN 000004750/PS-66019)

  • Meeting Minutes records have no errors when trying to add action items to a line item: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'hotlistid'). (CN 000004757/PS-66052)
