Sharing and permissions for connectors
Review connector roles and how they interact with agent access control.
Connector sharing is independent from agent-level access control. A user needs access to both the connector and the agent to see that connector's tools in the agent editor.
- Owner: The user who registered the connector. They can edit configuration, manage sharing, and delete the connector.
- can edit: The user can change the endpoint, scopes, details, and sharing, and can delete the connector.
- can use: The user can see and attach the connector to their own agents, but cannot change its configuration.
- cannot use (organization default): The connector is invisible to everyone except users or teams explicitly added.
Under Members of your organisation, set cannot use, can use, or can edit.
Revisit sharing periodically from the connector's detail page. The same panel used during registration is available afterward under .
