INTACCT Estimate Detail Export Add-in
B2W Estimate's INTACCT export allows you to export detailed information from any estimate, saving it as a file which can be imported into your INTACCT accounting system.
Below are some highlights of how the export works. More details appear in later sections within this help topic.
-
The export creates a CSV formatted file.
-
The export processes both pay items and indirect items.
-
The export creates revenue records at the pay item level.
-
The export creates cost records at the item, task or component level.
-
The export allows you to export indirect cost, bond, profit and overhead at either the item level or at the estimate level.

-
Configuring a B2W Estimate for export to INTACCT
-
Open the estimate that you wish to export to INTACCT.
-
On the Item Listing or Estimate Detail tab, review your pay items and indirect items to ensure the following codes are in place:
-
The item's Job Cost ID will be exported as the INTACCT "CLASSID" in pay item revenue records.
-
The item's Task JCID will be exported as the INTACCT "CLASSID" in pay item cost and hours records.
-
The item's Job Cost ID will be exported as the INTACCT "CLASSID" in task, crew, or component cost and hours records.
If either of these two fields is blank, a warning will be given and the item or component will not be exported.
