Download Information Management files

Download Information management files individually or as a zip file to access them offline.

Note: The Information Management module is only available in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
If two documents have the same name, the system will append a version to the end so no file is overwritten. If a file is missing from the server, the system will skip this file.

You can download up to 100 files.

  1. Open the Information management module.
  2. Select the checkbox on the documents you want to download.
  3. Select the Download select files icon in the upper right corner.
ProjectSight downloads the selected documents as a zip file.
