Enter scenario data

Enter data for the current scenario.

Enter data for your current scenario manually, or import it from GIS or CAD files. You can enter the following data types:

  • Start and finish points for the alignment
  • Templates for the alignment
  • Geometric parameters for the alignment
  • Costs and construction data
  • Existing alignments to optimize
  • Avoidance zones
  • Zones with specific design or construction requirements
  • Existing roads and rivers
  • Geospatial data
  • Cadastral zones
  • Rail stations (for rail routes)
  • Fixed sections (for road routes)
  1. Enter data for the scenario. For more information on data entry, see Data management.
  2. When you have entered all the data for the scenario, create a job submission and submit the scenario for alignment optimization.
