What's New in Trimble Financials 2026 R1
The 2026 R1 release of Trimble Financials includes fiscal periods, archived job visibility, and job overview updates. This release is available as of July 16, 2026.
Fiscal Periods
You can now manage month-end fiscal periods to protect your financial data. Closing a period locks transactions for that month so past numbers cannot be changed accidentally. When corrections are needed, reopen the period, make your edits, and close it again.
Access fiscal periods from , or close a period directly from the To Do widget when prompted at month end.

View Archived Jobs
You can now open completed and cancelled jobs from the Archived tab to review their Overview, Transactions, and Contract tabs.

Job Overview Updates
Two labels on the Revenue & Margin tile have been renamed to match how those values are reported:
- Current Revenue is now Actual Revenue.
- Current Margin is now Actual Margin.
The Upcoming Cashflow tile now includes progress bar tracks beneath each row, matching the layout of Revenue & Margin for a consistent view.
